GOOD COMPANY NEEDS A PLACE
A welcoming space and an easy conversation are a good place to start.
Give locals and newcomers a place to meet across cultures, with friendship at the centre of the evening.
Explore weekly or fortnightly gatherings, with the day, time and frequency agreed around your venue and the local community.
Discuss space, capacity and arrival arrangements early. A private room or separate area is preferred, but not essential; a simple partition can be enough.
PLAN FOR YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY
Our organisers use roughly 10–120 guests as an indicative planning range, based on their experience of different gatherings.
From that experience, smaller cities of around 300,000–500,000 people often see gatherings of about 10–20. In megacities of around 10 million, some gatherings may be around 100.
These are rough examples, not a population-based forecast. Local interest, timing, venue and each event matter. Attendance and sales are never guaranteed; we’ll discuss a suitable capacity with you.
IT STARTS WITH A FIRST HELLO
Send a short enquiry using the form below. Tell us your venue, city, comfortable capacity and preferred day. A few lines are enough to get started.
Discuss the schedule, host availability, venue support and any commission or fees. Everything is agreed case by case before commitment.
If we go ahead, confirm the space and who will do what, including any agreed printing, sign display or help welcoming arrivals.
BEFORE WE GET TOGETHER
A private room or separate area is preferred, but it isn’t a requirement. A simple partition can be enough to give the group its own space. We’ll discuss what works with your layout.
A quieter time and a conversation-friendly volume help guests hear each other comfortably. Conversation is the main activity, so live bands and other loud entertainment are usually unsuitable during the meetup.
No. A host is not always available. We’ll discuss the arrangement in advance, including any printing, display or arrival-help support needed from your venue, and agree whether it works for both sides.
Commission or other fees may apply. The arrangement is agreed case by case before you commit, so please include any questions about costs in your enquiry.
Tell us your comfortable capacity and the space you could offer. A smaller gathering can be a good starting point; the fit depends on the local community and agreed event format.
