Lounge Asia Plus membership terms
Effective 24 October 2026. These details apply to Plus alongside our general terms and privacy policy.
Price, billing and joining
AUD 39 per month. Your first payment is taken immediately when you complete Stripe checkout. Your subscription automatically renews monthly at AUD 39 until cancelled. There is no free trial or application approval wait. The checkout shows the amount before you confirm. Do not pay again if you already have an active subscription.
Current setup status
The first online social date and host are still being arranged. Billing starts immediately if you subscribe now. After payment confirmation, we automatically email your membership guidance, optional WhatsApp invitation and billing-management link to your checkout email. An admin verifies your active membership before approving a WhatsApp join request. If you need a confirmed date or immediate group admission, contact us before paying.
Included benefits
- One hosted online social each month, held in English.
- Entry fees for eligible regular Lounge Asia events in any city, with no monthly visit limit. Each host has the final say on attendance. Check eligibility with the host before booking; RSVP and event conditions apply. Membership does not create a Meetup RSVP or guarantee admission.
- Optional members-only WhatsApp access through the invitation in your welcome email, with admin approval. Please keep the link private.
- Introductions when there is a suitable match and both people agree; introductions are not guaranteed.
Travel, accommodation, food, drinks, special events and venue extras are separate. The annual Brisbane gathering is an idea under consideration, not a confirmed event or included travel package.
Manage or cancel
Open the Stripe customer portal with your checkout email to view invoices, update payment details or cancel. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next monthly charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
Community guidelines and privacy
Treat others respectfully. No harassment, unsolicited advertising, sales messages or sharing another member’s contact details without consent. Do not record online socials or republish private conversations without everyone’s permission. WhatsApp participation is optional; ordinary group members can see one another’s phone numbers.
Support and refund requests
For help, a service issue or a refund request, email info@loungeasia.com.au with your checkout email and receipt reference. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not itself issue a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
